Stratos Stations is a single-source supplier dedicated exclusively to Cessna Citation Excel 560XL aircraft parts, engines, and components. Our principal place of business is 7957 N. All purchases of aircraft parts, engines, and components are governed by separate purchase agreements executed between the buyer and Stratos Stations. The terms of those agreements supersede any conflicting provisions on the Site. Pricing shown on the Site does not include applicable taxes, shipping, inspection fees, or other charges unless expressly stated.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction at our sole discretion, including transactions where pricing errors or inventory discrepancies are identified.

All aircraft parts sold by Stratos Stations are sold with applicable documentation as required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Buyers are responsible for verifying that parts meet the airworthiness requirements applicable to their specific aircraft and intended use. Stratos Stations makes no representation that any part is suitable for a particular application without independent verification by the buyer or the buyer’s designated maintenance facility.
7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number through our Site, contact forms, or other communication channels, and by opting in to receive text messages from Stratos Stations, you agree to the following terms regarding our SMS/text messaging program.
Program Description: Stratos Stations may send you text messages (SMS and MMS) related to aircraft parts availability, inventory updates, order status notifications, shipping confirmations, service alerts, and other communications related to the products and services offered by Stratos Stations.
Consent: By submitting your phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Stratos Stations at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You do not need to provide your phone number or consent to SMS as a condition of purchasing parts or services from Stratos Stations.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry status and the nature of your transaction. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, though frequency may increase during active transactions or AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations at your request.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your STOP request, you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. Information shared with our messaging platform provider is used solely to deliver messages on our behalf.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STRATOS STATIONS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO ACCESS THE SITE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
